The zip line in San Vigilio di Marebbe/St. Vigil in Enneberg teaches you how to fly. You whizz down to the valley well secured on a 3.2 km long steel cable overcoming a 420 metre difference in altitude with a speed of up to 80 kilometres an hour. A pure adrenaline rush!

You can also observe Val Pusteria/Pustertal from above during a tandem flight with paragliding specialists. Fly like a bird and fulfil a possibly long-held dream. The start is on Plan de Corones/Kronplatz.

Tobogganing on Klausberg in Cadipietra/Steinhaus in Valle di Tures ed Aurina/Tauferer Ahrntal is fun for the whole family. Italy's longest alpine roller coaster provides you with an exciting holiday experience over a distance of 1,800 m, which the young ones in particular will remember for a long time to come.

Have you always wanted to throw yourself down a mountain river rafting, canyoning or in a kayak? Make this adventure come true in Valle di Tures ed Aurina/Tauferer Ahrntal. Tours are on offer for both beginners and advanced. Get your wetsuit on and off you go!

Do you fancy swimming in a lake? Then the Laghetto d'Issengo/Issinger Weiher in Falzes/Pfalzen is just the right place for you! You can splash around, sunbath and chill out here extremely well with a view of the stunning surrounding mountains to top it all off. The very finest of holidays. Hardy swimmers even dare to dive into the Lago d'Anterselva/Antholzer See in Valle Anterselva/Antholzertal or the Lago di Braies/Pragser Wildsee in the Fanes-Sennes-Braies/Fanes-Sennes-Prags nature park.

There is a very special highlight for children in Riscone/Reischach – several farms have a riding stable where children can enjoy getting up close to horses and even riding them. Romantic horse-drawn carriage rides are also offered, which have a particular appeal for those in love.
